Scott Wood was recommended to us and now we have no hesitation in endorsing him whole-heartedly. From the start, Scott was attentive and able to assess our initial ideas for our extension and incorporate his own innovative suggestions with a creative freshness and flair that both my husband I were very impressed with. He chose height and a roof design which has transformed our home entirely, while adding flint panels to compliment our existing outside walls. Scott is very inventive and fun when it comes to lighting and has created quite a dramatic environment for our new living space both inside and outside which is hugely enjoyable to be in. He was endlessly patient as we churned over ideas, was always available to speak to during the drawing process and all the way through the build and definitively showed how to create a compelling architectural structure at a reasonable and fair cost.

With this being my first project, I couldn't have wished for anything more than SDW Design. In need of additional space I was curious about the potential to extend. After an initial conversation with Scott, he was happy to visit us, look around the site and discuss what it was we were looking for and importantly our drivers behind the idea. It had a very personalised touch and felt as if there was a genuine desire to help us. On delivery of the plans is where we were impressed the most. Scott had listened to our brief and expertly turned our concept into a reality. Not only Maximising our benefits but also addressing/anticipating any potential concerns around the application process. After guiding and managing us through a smooth and successful application I really can’t recommend Scott enough. Professional, creative, efficient, knowledgeable and personable.  Will definitely be using SDW Design again our next project.
